The questions presented in this appeal are whether a former shareholder of a dissolved corporation can foreclose a mortgage given to the corporation, and enforce the promissory note secured by that mortgage, after the three-year corporation continuance period provided by RSA 293-A:95, 1(c) (Supp. 1983) has elapsed, see also RSA 293-A:106 (Supp. 1983), and, if so, whether the action is barred by the equitable doctrine of laches.
