MURPHY, District Judge.

I. Introduction

This matter is before the Court on the motion brought by Plaintiffs Gerald Morisch and Bette Morisch to enforce a settlement agreement that they entered into with Defendant Robert D. Kreisman, P.C. (“Kreisman”), d/b/a Kreisman Law Offices (Doc. 169).
