This is an appeal by Linda Corrine Heikes from an order of the District Court of Bur-leigh County, dated July 9, 1982, in which the court denied Linda’s motion to set aside a default judgment of foreclosure, filed February 4, 1982, and a subsequent order confirming sheriff’s sale, filed March 4, 1982. First Federal has filed a cross appeal asserting that the district court should have denied Linda’s motion without reaching the merits of her request.
