Esther E. Beebe died on April 2, 1886, three days after the death of her brother N. Huntington Brown. By her will she left to her son E. Pierson Beebe, as trustee, $20,000, to pay the income to N. Huntington Brown for life and then to his wife Sarah Brown for life, and at the end of these life estates “to pay over said income in equal shares to such of the children of said N.
