FINDING IN THE MATTER OF JACK W. DORRICOTT

The duly elected trustee, Kathryn Bel-fance, filed a complaint to recover certain property that the debtor had in his possession and control on the date of filing his petition in bankruptcy on October 17, 1979.
The debtor, who is a lecturer at the University of Akron and a consultant on marketing and finance matters, and his son, Tom Dorricott, filed an answer to said complaint claiming the said proceeds were exempted as provided for under 11 U.S.C., section 522 of the Bankruptcy Code and section 2329.66 of the Ohio…
