MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to Title 47 of the Connecticut General Statutes seeking to quiet and settle title to certain real property located in the South Britain section of Southbury. Connecticut. Title to that property is also claimed by the defendant. The real property in question is shown as three contiguous parcels on Defendant's Exhibit E, General Location Survey.
