The circuit court of LaSalle county entered a decree vacating and canceling a deed executed by one Edward S. Peddicord, now deceased, to the appellant, which purported to convey to the latter a farm containing one hundred and sixty acres of land in section 25, township 34, north, range 4, east, in said LaSalle county. The record of that proceeding in said court is before us on appeal. The bill was filed by the appellees, who are the children, grandchildren and legatees of the said deceased grantor, and alleged two grounds' of attack upon the sufficiency of the deed, viz.: First, “that said…
