GAITAN, Judge.

Carlos Khalil Sanad, defendant-appellant, was tried before a jury and found guilty of possession of cocaine in violation of §§ 195.020 and 195.200.1(1), RSMo 1986 and was sentenced to a maximum term of 20 years imprisonment. He appeals the trial court’s decision alleging it erred in the following respects: (1) by failing to suppress evidence seized from the trunk of his car; (2) by failing to suppress an inculpato-ry statement of appellant which was made without being given a Miranda warning; and (3) by not suppressing Exhibit 9, a photograph of a magazine captioned “Cocaine…
