SATZ, Presiding Judge.
A jury convicted defendant, Quantrell Cody, of two counts of rape, two counts of sodomy and one count of first degree robbery. All counts arose out of a single continuous incident. Defendant was sentenced, as a prior and persistent offender and prior sexual offender, to 30 years on each of the rape and sodomy charges, to be served consecutively, and to 30 years on the robbery charge to be served concur*432rently with the other sentences.
