Appellants/eross-appellees-plaintiffs He-moCleanse, Inc., and Ash Access Technology, Inc. (collectively, "HemoCleanse"), appeal the trial court's order granting ap-pellee-cross-appellant-defendant Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company's (Philadelphia) motion to compel arbitration of HemoCleanse's breach of contract claim against Philadelphia.
