*1619Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County (Joseph W. Latham, J.), entered July 14, 2008 in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act articles 6 and 8. The order, among other things, awarded petitioner-respondent sole custody of the parties’ two children.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
