MEMORANDUM OPINION In 2015, James Courtovich received millions for agreeing to spearhead a new lobbying business. See Compl., ECF No. 1 at ¶ 1. Woodland Drive LLC claims that Courtovich pocketed the windfall, and that he breached various contracts and committed various torts under District law against the corporation in doing so.
