— The land covered by the mortgage in suit was originally owned by a stranger to the present case, subject to a mortgage of $15,000.00. The Citizens State Bank of Earlham obtained a judgment against the original title holder, and one of the officers of said bank purchased, under execution issued on said judgment, all of the land except the homestead of the original owner.
