In this attorney grievance matter, David M. Adams (“Adams”) is charged with violating various provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct contained in Rule 407, SCACR, and the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement (“RLDE”) contained in Rule 413, SCACR. The Full Panel recommended disbarment pursuant to Rule 7(b)(1), RLDE. We agree with the Full Panel’s recommendation and disbar Adams from the practice of law.
