TUNICS, Chief Justice.

The appellant, American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, is a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois and domiciled in Chicago, Illinois. Its corporate purpose is the advancement of the science of valuation of interests in real property. It will sometimes be called the “Institute.” The other appellants are the Houston Chapter No. 33 of American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the president of the Houston Chapter, Wilbert White.
