This opinion addresses two motions. First, the Debtor moves to modify this court’s order of April 30, 1990, which lifted the automatic stay nunc pro tunc allowing Ms. Rose Schrieber (“Schrieber”), the respondent, to take all action necessary and proper to satisfy her secured claim against real property owned by the Debtor and her husband known as Schrieberville Bungalow Colony. Second, the U.S. trustee moves to convert this case to a case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, or in the alternative, to dismiss it. For the reasons stated below, the…
