The claimants Sowma, Martinez, Chapman, as administratrix of the estate of Gauthier, Myrtle Falcone, Micale and Antonio Falcone and his wife, Mary, have moved for an order directing that they are entitled to costs and disbursements in these claims as in an action in the Supreme Court, and that costs be taxed by the court. They have also asked that there be included in the costs to be taxed an additional allowance to the respective claimants as provided for in section 1513 of the Civil Practice Act for the preparation and trial of a difficult and extraordinary case.
