MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT E. NUGENT, Chief Judge.

The chapter 13 debtors William and Jill Mason propose in their Amended Plan to separately classify their nondischargeable, unsecured student loan obligations in the amount of $30,941.44 and to partially pay the student loan debt ahead of other general unsecured claims totaling $43,341.00.
