Sandra Ruchert and the Public School Employees of Freeman (hereinafter Ms. Ruchert) appeal a jury verdict finding that she was properly discharged from her employment as a bus driver for the Freeman School *205District. Among other contentions, she maintains that the trial court erred by improperly instructing the jury on the standard applied to determine sufficient cause for discharge.
