The plaintiffs as owners of securities purchased by Eunice V. Johnson 1 brought this action against Mark Yerger, J. D. Wilson, and Kenneth H. Tribble in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, alleging that the defendants fraudulently induced Eunice Johnson to purchase 5,000 shares of the common stock of Mississippi Candies, Inc.
