This case is before the Court as a motion by the Ad-Hoc Committee of Tort Victims (the “Committee”) for leave to appeal from an injunction issued by the Unit ed States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Bankruptcy Court”), Prudence Carter Beatty, J., on December 17, 2004 in the above-captioned adversary proceeding.
