Appellant Fred Shaw and others,

including Robert Williams, John Cartwright, and Robert Andrews, were indicted upon two counts: (I) violation of sections 484 and 487 of the Penal Code, grand theft, committed about March 20,1951, by willfully, unlawfully and feloniously taking $6,000, the property of Sam E.
