DIMOCK, District Judge.

Defendant makes two motions: (1) for an order, pursuant to section 1404(a) of Title 28 of the United States Code, transferring this action to the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division; and (2) for an order vacating, or, in the alternative, modifying, a notice for the taking of defendant’s deposition. I shall consider each motion separately.(1) Motion for transfer of venue.
