Plaintiffs-respondents, the son-in-law and daughter of defendant-appellant, alleged that in 1939 defendant, to induce them to remain as tenants on his farm, proposed that if they “would remain on said farm as tenants and in addition would assist the defendant and his wife in taking care of their livestock and the farm on which they [defendant and' his wife] lived and would render to defendant and his wife such services as they might require during the remainder of their lives, he, the defendant, would convey to plaintiffs the following described real estate in Morgan County, * * * ”;…
