On July 12, 1994, Alan Hostetler Insurance Agents and Brokers Inc. filed a complaint against defendant KRS Restaurant Corporation d/b/a Okey Dokey Restaurant. KRS, a New York corporation, filed a preliminary objection challenging this court’s personal jurisdiction. Oral argument on this issue was held before a panel of this court on May 23, 1996.
