OPINION

LAMBERT, Judge:

Jimmy Rogers appeals from the Lincoln Circuit Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Integrity Healthcare Services, Inc. (“Integrity”) 1 as to Rogers’s medical malpractice claims against Integrity. After our review, we affirm.

Facts and Procedural History

On June 29, 2006, Rogers asserted a claim of medical malpractice against Integrity on the grounds that Integrity had negligently inserted, maintained, removed, and implemented an intravenous device known as a “midline” during an infusion of antibiotic medication.
