ALEXANDER Ingles, alias Alexander English, hereinafter called the defendant, was charged with murder, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity at the time of the alleged commission of the crime, was convicted of murder of the first degree, and was sentenced to death. On writ of error, we reversed the judgment, and remanded the cause for a new trial. Ingles v. People, 90 Colo. 51,6 P.2d 455.
