DAVIS, Judge.

Daniel Frank Turner, appellant, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failing to drive right of center and failing to obey a traffic device. On December 12, 2006, appellant was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Calvert County of driving under the influence of alcohol per se. He was sentenced to sixty days imprisonment, with all but three weekends suspended. In addition, he received three years probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine. In this timely appeal, he…
