This is an action brought by the administrator of Parke P. Kemper to sell real estate to pay debts.

On January 24, 1893, Parke F. Kemper executed a note in the sum of $2,500, payable to J. T. Couden, two years after date, and four interest notes of $75 each, payable in six, twelve, eighteen and twenty-four months. A mortgage was given by Parke F.
