MEMORANDUM AND ORDER .

WOLF, District Judge.

Plaintiffs brought these actions, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against members of the Framingham, Massachusetts Police Department, alleging violations of their constitutional rights and violations of the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act, M.G.L. ch. 12 § 111. Plaintiffs also make various claims under Massachusetts tort law, including false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, abuse of process, and defamation. 1 The cases were consolidated on April 5, 1991.
