MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Plaintiff brings this action asserting a claim of disability discrimination in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination (“KAAD”), K.S.A. 44-1001 et seq., 1 and a claim of retaliation in violation of the ADA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and Kansas common law.
