Defendant in error Mrs. Middleton, joined by her husband, sued plaintiffs in error J. B. Bond et al for the title and possession of a tract of land out of the John Ruddle survey in Gregg County 655 by 122 by 655 by 115 feet in dimensions and for damages for the value of oil taken from a well drilled on the land. She alleged ownership acquired by adverse possession for ten years.
