Southern Farm, Bureau Casualty Insurance Co., 2009 Ark.App. 693, 370 S.W.3d 848, wherein we set forth the procedural history in greater detail. Appellants, Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company and Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Arkansas, Inc. (Farm Bureau), insured appellees, Cleo Watkins, Jr., and Brenda Watkins, in a homeowner’s policy and a general liability policy, each of which had liability limits of $100,000.
