McClangherty against the Rogue River Electric Company, a corporation, brought under the Employers’ Liability Act, Chapter 3 (Laws 1911, p. 16), to recover $25,000 damages for the death of plaintiff’s son, alleged to have been caused by defendant’s negligence. The jury returned a verdict for $12,500. The court entered judgment thereon, from which defendant appeals.
