This is the second appeal to this court, from a judgment rendered against appellants in this suit, by the District Court of Fayette County. Upon the former appeal the judgment of the trial court was affirmed by this court in an opinion holding with the lower court, that the plaintiffs’ cause of action as set up in their petition would not be barred until the expiration of four years from its inception. But upon a writ of error to the Supreme Court, it held that the bar of two years, and not that of four, was applicable to the case presented in the petition, and…
