The above-captioned adversary proceeding was commenced by the filing of Defendants’ Notice of Removal by Clark Hill Thorp Reed, William C. Price, Michael H. Wojeik (collectively referred to as “Clark Hill”) and Huntington Bancshares, Inc. (“Huntington,” together with Clark Hill, the “Defendants”).
