Rady I. Sdoulam was charged with conspiracy to distribute pseudoephedrine, then having reason to believe that such chemical would be used to manufacture methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(c)(2) and 846, and with distribution of pseudoephedrine, then having reason to believe that such chemical would be used to manufacture methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(c)(2). A jury convicted Sdoulam of both of the charged offenses, and the District Court 1 sen tenced Sdoulam to 108 months’ imprisonment. Sdoulam now appeals both his convictions and his…
