Mrs. Alice G. Walker brought this suit against the First State Bank & Trust Company of Abilene, Kansas City Life Insurance Company, Dalby & Ray, administrators of the estate of A. G. Hamilton, deceased, and Ford Fleming, for 100 acres of land in Taylor county, and alleged that, during his lifetime, A. G. Hamilton made a parol gift of the land to her, that she went into possession of the land under the gift, made valuable improvements thereon, and was entitled to recover same from the administrators of the estate and the other defendants who were lienholders on the land.
