Plaintiff executed an instrument which, upon its face, purports to convey to defendant all of the oil and gas in and under 557 acres of land located in the parish of Ouachita, with the right of ingress and egress, at all times, for the purpose of drilling, mining, and operating for gas, oil, or water, and with the right to erect storage tanks and other necessary structures, and to lay all pipes necessary for the production, mining, and transportation of the minerals named.
