CONGER, District Judge.

This is an application on the part of the defendant Paramount Pictures, Inc., to examine the plaintiff, through its President and such other officers and persons as may have knowledge of the various matters hereinafter referred to.

The application is made pursuant to Article S, Rules 26, 30 and 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c. The defendant is entitled to the examination asked for. The matters to be inquired into come clearly within the above sections of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
