*235 Following a bifurcated jury trial, Larry Darnell Clark was convicted in Charlton County Superior Court of four counts of aggravated assault and a single count each of burglary, false imprisonment, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and use of a firearm by a convicted felon. Clark now appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial, asserting a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel and citing six grounds to support that claim.
