This case is in this court for the second time. The complaint of this appellee was held to be sufficient when the case was here upon the former appeal, and by this decision one of the principal questions in the case was settled. Jameson v. Board, etc., 64 Ind. 524. In holding the complaint good, the court decided that the coroner has authority to employ a skilled person to make a chemical analysis of the stomach of one supposed to have come to his death by poisoning. We think this ruling was correct. -County officer's ought to be allowed to take such measures as shall tend to the detection…
