¶ 1. The petitioner, Julie Mair (Mair), seeks review of a published decision of the court of appeals affirming a summary judgment order of the Polk County Circuit Court, Molly E. GaleWyrick, Judge, that dismissed her safe place claim against Trollhaugen Ski Resort, more properly known as Trollhaugen, Inc. (Trollhaugen), and American Home Assurance Company (American Home).
