This is a class action suit brought by the Plaintiffs under Section 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 15, on behalf of themselves and other persons similarly situated, for treble damages, attorneys fees and declaratory relief for alleged violations by Defendants of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
