Atlas, J.), *103rendered November 10, 1993, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to l\á to 3 years, and judgment, same court (Bernard Fried, J.), rendered December 20, 1993, convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of violation of probation, and sentencing him to IV2 to AV2 years to run concurrently with the above noted sentence, unanimously affirmed.
