Emilio Reyes-Bosque was convicted and sentenced to 210-months’ imprisonment for (1) aiding aggravated felon aliens to enter the United States, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1327; (2) conspiracy to bring in, transport and harbor illegal aliens, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A)®, (ii), (üi), and (v)(I); (3) four coúnts of bringing in illegal aliens for financial gain (“brings to”), in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(2)(B)(ii); and (4) four counts of harboring illegal aliens, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a) (1)(A) (iii) and (v)(II).
