Defendant Retail Textile Clerks, L. U. 454, A.F.L., hereinafter referred to as the Union, filed its petition with the Industrial Commission of Colorado for an election to determine a collective bargaining unit for the “full-time, regular commissioned salesmen” in the employ of the plaintiff.
