MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JUSTICE, District Judge.
In this stage of a social security case the court is asked by the defendant to reconsider its order of July 8, 1971, remanding this case to the Secretary for the reception of additional evidence. The issue is whether the claimant Harold Hope is entitled to a period of disability and monthly disability insurance benefits under Sections 216(i) and 223 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416 (i), 423.
