This appeal arises from an order of the Yell County Circuit Court denying a petition for writ of mandamus filed by appellant Nadine Wilson against appellee Dar-danelle District of the Yell County District Court (“district court”). On appeal, Wilson argues that the circuit court erred in ruling that Wilson could not use the small-claims division of the district court in her efforts to collect small-claims judgments.
