Tbe relators applied to tbe superior court for a writ of mandate) directed to tbe county clerk of King county, requiring bim to receive and file certain papers in probate proceedings. An alternative writ was issued. By the demurrer to tbe petition and alternative writ, tbe following facts are admitted: D. MeL.
